Return Policy – Mary & Adam Jewels

Thank you so much for your purchase from Mary & Adam Jewels. I truly hope you love your pieces. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I’m here to help.

You may return your items within 30 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please email me at info@maryadamjewels.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of placing it.

Please note: It is not permitted to order multiple sizes of the same item with the intention of returning one afterward.


Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your items. Please ensure your return is shipped within this timeframe.


Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition, including all original packaging and labels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return Costs

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address.

As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs to my central warehouse, including any customs duties or fees. I am not responsible for lost or untracked return packages, so I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Return Processing

If you have requested an exchange, I will process it as quickly as possible once your return has been received.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of arrival. Once your refund has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

What if I receive a damaged product?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or a manufacturing issue, please email me at info@maryadamjewels.com with a clear photo of the damage. I will assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order after 30 days?
I kindly ask that returns are sent within the 30-day period. If this is not possible, please contact me and I will do my best to offer an exchange or store credit where possible.
